High-quality CFC-11 free polyurethane core system that has been designed, engineered and tested to provide superior insulation (R-16) and structural strength ;

Roberge doors are made with a unique hardened white thermal lining and polyurethane insulation between the steel surfaces providing R-16 thermal efficiency. This finish ensures superior quality and durability. A protective vinyl band on the lock jamb ensures minimum upkeep. A standard 18” lock assembly offers greater security and solid support for door handles of more elaborate construction.

Aluminium sill fitted with PVC thermal break against cold for better durability and structural strength ;

Adjustable bottom sweep prevents air and water leakage ;

Includes two clear doorlites (21"x65"). The door can also be fitted with optional silk-screen or brass decorative doorlites ;

Two types of optional locksets available :
- Schlage spring lock shiny brass finish
- Capri with 3 attachment points available in several colours.

Each unit is supplied with a heavy-duty sliding screen constructed of non-glare fibreglass mesh with 4 individually adjustable ball-bearing wheels ;
